This lesson offered an opportunity to reflect on how students would choose to spend their time and what they think a healthy and balanced way of spending time is. Lesson helped students to explore and discuss strategies for time management. To deliver this online lesson, the teacher could use these applications and tools: – the Google Classroom Platform in order to have access to all lesson materials and incentives proposed by the teacher – Google Calendar and Google Meet and Breakout rooms for the virtual lesson – Power Point to give an introduction of the concept and essential elements included in this topic – YouTube to provide some examples and tips&tricks about the topic – Online Google form for a psychological test for students
